With their main headquarters in Thessaloniki, the Backwater Project is experimenting with the limits of electronic music, with a wide number of releases, and their notoriously dark appearances. The Backwater Project consists of a group of musicians from Thessaloniki, whose core is Damcase, The Shooz, Emdy, Dans Mon Salon and Underwater Chess. Visuals by Moop Jaw that also include the”Licky” video by Andrew Strasser and music by Larry Tee – a groovy new dance compilation. In Kastanienallee, the hippest area of Berlin, there is a small fashion store that offers much more than its size may indicate; that store is Temporary Showroom. With a history in the gallery scene Martin Premuzic established a store that is also a showroom and agent, hosting arty collections like Henrik Vibskov, Ania Kuczynska, FXDXV, [...] In Greece the term ‘sneaker boutique’ was unheard of and no one dared challenge otherwise.
