The Kappatos Gallery at 12 Athinas St. in Monastiraki is hosting the exhibition of Contemporary Art, ‘Rooms 2009’ at the St George Lycabettus hotel in Kolonaki from Friday the 26th of November till the 13th of December 2009. 30 Greek and foreign artists chosen by 25 curators, art historians, theater artists, choreographers and architects will present their audio-visual, photographic, performances, directorial debuts, film and more. Each artist will have their own room to present their work on one of the floors of the hotel, which will enable a dialogue between the artist and their audience in this individual space.
Here are some examples of work by: Gustav Cedar, Νατάσα Γεωργοπούλου, Παναγιώτης Λαμπριανίδης and Ηλιοδώρα Μαργέλλου.
Opening night: Friday 26th of November 2009 8pm – 12pm
Exhibition times: 4pm – 10pm every day.
