American designer Alexander Wang was the winner of the 10th Swiss Textiles Awards for 2009 in Zurich winning a prize of 100,000 euro . Wang has previously won the Vogue CFDA Fund prize and has recently been presented with the the CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers in America) award for the «Womenswear-Newcomer» of the year. www.alexanderwang.com
